Passion!! That is the only word that comes to mind when I think about what it is that I do. I have grown up in the hospitality industry for the majority of my professional career. I love people and a fast-paced environment. The best thing I learned in the restaurant industry was how to be a part of a team. It taught me what I would like to call the "work until the job is done" mentality, versus the clock-in and clock-out mentality. When you love what you do, you will never work another day in your life. I am proud to have a team around me that pushes me to show up as the best version of myself on a daily basis. I truly believe people are the best product a company could ever have, and I love mine! I am excited to continue to grow my brand while providing an opportunity every day for my team to reach their wildest dreams and potential!

People have so much energy, the trouble in life is figuring out where to channel it. I’ve learned to make use of mine. This is about being driven and centered. We don’t waste our time on what we can’t control, we take hold of what we can. That’s growth to me. We’re in the business of developing people. I’m not here to waste my time or anyone else’s. What luck and privilege to be part of a crew that never stops pushing each and every individual to new levels.

This year has been a challenge in itself. I am just so unbelievably excited to say I made it out of the pandemic better than most. My definition of “Luck” is where preparation and opportunity meet. I was prepared for this opportunity with Daz and I am soaking up every minute of it. I am the newest “Top Dog” and I am excited to be competing with everyone here.

I think at the end of the day, we as a team are obsessed with continuously pushing each other forward. I am so glad I found all these people and cannot wait to see what the next few years hold for us!

During my life, I’ve been searching for a career where I could help others while also achieving professional success. Daz gave me an opportunity that I will be forever grateful for as it has taught me the greatest life lessons professionally and personally. I have grown so much in my time here and I can’t wait to see where this path takes me. Being surrounded by such positive people that are always striving to reach their goals has really made a huge impact on my life.
