Passion!! That is the only word that comes to mind when I think about what it is that I do. I have grown up in the hospitality industry for the majority of my professional career. I love people and a fast-paced environment. The best thing I learned in the restaurant industry was how to be a part of a team. It taught me what I would like to call the "work until the job is done" mentality, versus the clock-in and clock-out mentality. When you love what you do, you will never work another day in your life. I am proud to have a team around me that pushes me to show up as the best version of myself on a daily basis. I truly believe people are the best product a company could ever have, and I love mine! I am excited to continue to grow my brand while providing an opportunity every day for my team to reach their wildest dreams and potential!

This year has been a challenge in itself. I am just so unbelievably excited to say I made it out of the pandemic better than most. My definition of “Luck” is where preparation and opportunity meet. I was prepared for this opportunity with Daz and I am soaking up every minute of it. I am the newest “Top Dog” and I am excited to be competing with everyone here.
I think at the end of the day, we as a team are obsessed with continuously pushing each other forward. I am so glad I found all these people and cannot wait to see what the next few years hold for us!

Mohammed

Originally from Gaithersburg, MD, Mohammed is a dedicated Washington Commanders fan who embraces challenges with positivity and determination. He was inspired to join Daz & Co. by its empowering culture and inspiring leadership, which ensures hard work always pays off. Mohammed deeply values the sense of family and teamwork at Daz and is excited to continue growing alongside his team.

Justin

Hailing from Columbia, Maryland, Justin is a die-hard Baltimore Ravens, Washington Capitals, and Orioles fan. He attended school in West Virginia before returning home to launch his career.
Originally working as a server in Ocean City, Justin sought a more stable and growth-oriented opportunity, which led him to Daz & Co. Inspired by his father’s career in sales, he found his passion in the industry and has embraced the culture of mentorship and development.
Ivan

Born in Mexico City, Ivan is passionate about growth and development, both personally and professionally. With a love for baseball and volleyball, as well as watching football and boxing, he thrives in competitive environments.
Guided by the belief that every experience contributes to personal growth, Ivan joined Daz & Co. to expand his skill set and challenge himself. What he enjoys most is the opportunity to develop both himself and those around him, making a lasting impact on his team.
